Youth Impact Network is a movement empowering young people to shape a better future. With the tagline “Building Tomorrow Today,” YIN provides a platform for young people, aged 18-30, to access tools that will help them to launch and build their career.

We focus on ambitious young people who are eager to expand their horizon to become impactful in their communities. Our programs aim to unlock the potential in every participant, preparing them for career development and helping them contribute meaningfully to society.

Developing Future-Ready Skills

YINs year-round programs offer practical skills for professional growth. We prepare young people to meet the challenges of tomorrow by offering them the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to succeed in any field.

Aligning with Global Goals

Our programs directly address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including poverty eradication (SDG 1), promoting quality education (SDG 4), achieving gender equality (SDG 5), fostering economic growth (SDG 8), reducing inequality (SDG 10), and combating climate change (SDG 13). YIN empowers youth to be part of the solution.

Our Program

YIN provides a platform for young people to have access to knowledge required to boost their career development. This includes access to free training programs from experienced trainers and professionals on important career preparedness topics including, mindset development, leadership skills, workplace communication, personal branding, career planning, AI among others. Young people will have access to various mentors and have the opportunity to ask pressing questions regarding their career development

Collaborating with Partners

YIN thrives on partnerships with organizations like development organizations, private sector corporations, academia, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These collaborations offer mentorship, resources, and opportunities to empower young people. These collaborations enable YIN to provide participants with hands-on experience and professional networks. Our partners play an essential role in preparing youth to become leaders and innovators in their fields. Together, we ensure that young people are equipped to make lasting, positive impacts on their communities and the world.
